Beg. at centre back of Skirt, sew opposite side of foundation ch of Pocket Panel to Rnd 42 of Skirt easing in the fullness of Pocket Panel. Mark off 7 equal sections for Pockets each approx. 4 + 1/8" and pin each point to top edge of Rnd 38 of Skirt, making sure to keep Panel straight. Stitch panel to skirt from top edge down, at each marked section.
ARMS: (make 2): Rnd 1: Beg at end of Paw, with gray yarn, ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)

Flatten Paw area. With black yarn, make 3 evenly sp long stitches around front end of paw for toe division. Stuff arm, using the blunt end of a crochet hook for stuffing toes. Flatten top opening of arm and stitch in a slight forward angle to upper side of body. Rep for other arm.
SLEEVES: (make 2): Rnd 1: With white yarn, ch 16 loosely, join to form a ring, do not ch 1, sc in each ch around. (16)

COLLAR: Row 1: With white yarn, ch 41 loosely, beg in 2nd ch from hook, hdc, ch 1 and sl st in same ch, [sk next ch, hdc, ch 1 and sl st in next ch] rep across leaving a length of yarn for sewing. Fasten off. With ends of collar at centre back, sew collar around neckline.
EARS : (make 2): Row 1: With gray yarn, ch 5, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each rem ch across, ch 1, turn. (4)

EYES: From black felt, cut 2 eyes. Glue to face at top outer edges of mask. To highlight each eye, glue a small fleck of white felt to each eye. Finish as in photo.
FINISHING: Cut 7 lengths of pink ribbon each 9", and tie into a bow. Glue 1 bow at top of each pocket as in photo. Refer to photo for rest of finishing.
