First Half: With MC, ch 48 loosely, tr in 5th ch from hook and in each ch across to last ch, 3 tr in last ch; working in free loops of beg. ch, tr in next 43 chs, 2 tr in next ch; join with sl st to top of beg. ch. : 92 sts.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, working in Back Loops only, sc in same st and in each tr around; join with sl st to first sc.
Rnd 3: Ch 1, working in both loops, sc in same st, (ch 6, skip next 3 sc, sc in next sc) around to last 3 sc, ch 2, tr in first sc to form last loop : 23 loops.
Rnds 4-7: Sc in same loop, (ch 6, sc in next loop) around, ch 2, tr in first sc to form last loop.

With colour A ch 8, join with sl st to form a ring.
Rnd 1: (right side): ch 1, (5 sc, 2 dc, 5 tr, 2 dc, hdc) in ring; join with sl st to first sc : 15 sts.
Rnd 2: Ch 5, (skip next 2 sts, sc in next st, ch 5) 4 times, skip joining; working behind loops, hdc in next sc, ch 6, (skip next sc on same rnd, hdc in next st on Rnd 1, ch 6) 4 times, (skip next hdc on same rnd, dc in unworked st on Rnd 1, ch 7) 5 times; join with ls st to first dc, finish off; 15 loops. NOTE: To change colours, work last st to last step (2 loops on hook), hook new colour and draw through, cut old colour and work over ends.
Petals: Join Colour B with sl st in first ch 5 loop, ch 1, (sc, ch1,4 dc, ch 2, 4 dc, ch 1, sc) in same loop and in each of next 4 loops, (sc, ch 1, 4 dc, tr, ch 2, tr, 4 dc, ch 1, sc) in each of next 5 loops, with Colour C (sc, ch 1, 4 dc, 3 tr, 4 dc, ch 1, sc) in next 4 loops, place marker in centre tr of Petal just made, (sc, ch 1, 4 dc, 3 tr, 4 dc, ch 1, sc) in last loop; join with sl st to first sc in colour C, finish off.
Lining
Fold fabric 1/2" along short edge to wrong side, then fold over 1/2" again and press for hem; sew hem. Rep for other edge. Fold short edges to centre of right side and pin in place, sew 1/4" side seams. Turn right side out. Fill with tissues, place Lining inside Tissue Cover.
