Finishing: Cut 20" length of white ribbon. Beg at right front edge, weave through Rnd 4 of skirt in and out of dc sts, tie ends in a bow, trim ends at slight angle. Sew 1 snap fastener at back opening of skirt. Cut a 16" length of ribbon and starting at center back weave in and out of dc sts of Row 20 of skirt. Tie ends in a bow, do not cut rem lengths.

Finishing: Sew 3 snap fasteneres evenly sp down back opening. Cut a 12" length of ribbon, starting at back opening, weave in and out of dc sts of Row 14, trim ends. Sew 2 silver beads at center front over Rows 2 and 3.
